About the role

  • Provide written support (responding to emails — about 90% of requests) and spoken support (answering phone calls) to Heetch France users (drivers and passengers), and continuously work to improve their satisfaction.
  • Help deliver the best possible experience to our users by responding with kindness and guiding them at every step.

Requirements

  • Excellent command of French, both written and spoken.
  • Sufficient knowledge of English to hold conversations with English-speaking colleagues.
  • Comfortable using a computer.
  • Prioritizes empathy and a teaching-oriented approach in interactions: naturally adapts to the person you are speaking with and listens attentively.
  • Organized, meticulous, proactive, and above all autonomous.
  • Adaptable and eager for continuous learning.
  • Curious and responsive.
