Responsibilities
Provide written support (responding to emails — about 90% of requests) and spoken support (answering phone calls) to Heetch France users (drivers and passengers), and continuously work to improve their satisfaction.

Requirements
Excellent command of French, both written and spoken.
Sufficient knowledge of English to hold conversations with English-speaking colleagues.
Comfortable using a computer.
