Responsibilities
Assist Branch Manager in hiring, assessing, coaching and developing high performing branch teams
Create and ensure an ongoing sales through service culture

Assist in the management and oversight of staffing and administrative functions of your branch
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a retail leadership role
