Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of product changes, from analysis and business cases through to implementation and post‑launch review.
- Build and refine product performance reporting, ensuring accurate insights for leadership and regulators.
- Conduct pricing reviews, competitor analysis, and product optimisation initiatives across deposits, livestock, and reverse mortgage products.
- Ensure all products, features, and collateral meet ASIC, APRA, NCCP, DDO and other regulatory requirements.
- Maintain PDSs, TMDs, Terms & Conditions, and product documentation.
- Coordinate customer and broker communications for product changes, including rate and fee updates.
- Strengthen relationships across risk, compliance, credit, operations, technology, and distribution.
Requirements
- 5+ years in senior product role or product governance within financial services
- Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, economics, or a related field
- Practical experience managing regulated banking or lending products
