Responsibilities

  • Be the friendly face and expert guide for candidates
  • Master our Applicant Tracking System
  • Assist recruiters in identifying and engaging top talent
  • Prepare and extend offer letters
  • Support the design and execution of our employee engagement surveys
  • Facilitate smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees
  • Help maintain accurate People data and generate reports

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or Talent Acquisition
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite
