- Senior Product Manager leading Garment Care category for Hamilton Beach Brands. Driving strategy, product development, and commercial performance for irons and fabric-care solutions in the consumer portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Lead the 3-4 year strategy and product roadmap for Garment Care and CHI® licensed products
- Own category P&L performance, pricing architecture, and portfolio strategy
- Guide cross-functional teams through concept development, design, engineering, testing, and launch
- Partner with Sales on line reviews, retailer presentations, and channel plans
- Oversee competitive positioning and in-market performance, adjusting strategy as needed
- Present insights, financials, and recommendations to senior leadership
- May manage or mentor junior team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in product management or category leadership within consumer goods
- Experience in Garment Care (irons, steamers, heat/steam technology) strongly preferred
- Strong analytical, strategic, and financial acumen, including P&L ownership
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
