About the role

  • IT Sales Manager focused on B2B sales in Modern Workplace solutions. Collaborating with clients to design and implement integrated systems for Apple and Windows environments.

Responsibilities

  • Independent and systematic new customer acquisition (B2B target customers, from 250 employees and above)
  • Developing customized end-to-end Modern Workplace solutions comprising endpoints (mobile, tablet, desktop), software, IT security, device management, IT architecture and IT services
  • Advising customers on the design of new system environments and working closely with in-house systems engineers
  • Presenting the system integrator’s solutions and products to customers and prospects
  • Maintaining and updating the internal sales database
  • Preparing quotes and documentation for order processing
  • Communicating and collaborating with external solution partners

Requirements

  • Extensive practical experience in IT
  • Several years of experience in IT sales / account management and experience working with senior decision-makers
  • Proven success selling IT systems and IT services and closing long-term contracts
  • Ability to work analytically and to present solution-oriented arguments
  • Strong communication skills, a confident presence, goal-oriented and skilled at closing deals
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Very good German language skills and good English in business and IT contexts
  • Based in the Rhine-Main-Neckar region, as this is a hybrid role with 3 days in the Frankfurt/M. office and 2 days working from home per week
