About the role

  • Services Salesman at Scania Romania specializing in customer solutions and relationship management. Engaging with new and existing customers to drive brand growth and service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management / Account Management by developing and implementing a customer contact plan.
  • Act as first point of contact for customer queries and complaints.
  • Develop and implement a customer contact plan to engage potential customers.
  • Identify sales opportunities and represent the organization at trade shows.
  • Sell complex standard products and/or services that meet the customer's needs.
  • Schedule follow-up actions and enter relevant information into the CRM system.

Requirements

  • In depth knowledge of local & regional business environment.
  • High understanding of customers and their commercial offerings.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Outstanding customer relationships skills.
  • Experience within a sales environment is essential.
