About the role

  • Enterprise Sales Leader responsible for leading sales strategy and team for AI solutions in legal services. Focusing on growth and success through mentorship and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, mentor and lead a team of consultative, solution-based, Enterprise sales professionals.
  • Own long-term strategy and day-to-day operations of the team.
  • Be accountable for increasing revenue, forecasting accurately, and scaling the team.
  • Work cross-functionally across the organization to build effective sales processes.
  • Develop our sales playbook to enable scaling, documenting learnings.
  • Cultivate a culture of development to promote career growth of direct reports.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of tech sales experience
  • 5+ years of people management experience
  • Experience training and coaching a high-performance enterprise sales team
  • Experience operating in an early stage, high-growth environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to a variety of audiences
  • Proven track record of selling complex software solutions to enterprise clients
  • Ability to lead a complex, multi-threaded sale with stakeholders ranging from executives to product users
