About the role

  • IT Project Manager leading digital transformation projects in collaboration and IT infrastructure. Overseeing project management from planning to execution in hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for exciting IT projects from initial planning through to successful handover
  • Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality standards
  • Coordinate and manage resources
  • Prepare transparent reports for stakeholders and management
  • Proactive communication to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Early identification of risks and initiation of appropriate measures
  • Support sales in client acquisition and proposal preparation
  • Contribute expertise to the further development of project management processes

Requirements

  • Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration or similar, or equivalent qualification
  • ≥ 5 years' experience in independent IT project management, including stakeholder management and conflict resolution
  • Solid knowledge of at least one project management methodology (e.g., PRINCE2/IPMA/PMI)
  • Experience with hybrid and agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) beneficial; ITIL desirable
  • Technical understanding of collaboration platforms, AI solutions, and process automation
  • Excellent German skills (C2), good English skills (B2)
