About the role

  • IT Project Manager managing IT projects in digital collaboration & transformation. Leading projects, mitigating risks, and ensuring client satisfaction in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for exciting IT projects from initial planning through successful handover
  • Monitor budgets, schedules and quality standards
  • Coordinate and manage resources, and produce transparent reports for stakeholders and management
  • Proactive communication to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify risks early and initiate appropriate mitigation measures
  • Support sales in acquisition and proposal preparation
  • Contribute expertise to the continuous improvement of project management processes

Requirements

  • Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
  • At least 5 years of experience in independent IT project management, including stakeholder management and conflict resolution
  • Strong knowledge of at least one PM methodology (e.g., PRINCE2/IPMA/PMI); experience with hybrid and agile approaches (Scrum/Kanban) is an advantage; ITIL desirable
  • Technical understanding of collaboration platforms, AI solutions, and process automation
  • Excellent German skills (C2) and good English skills (B2)
