About the role

Responsibilities
- Process management & billing: Establishment and management of the rebate/refund process including invoicing and control mechanisms
- Data analysis & business intelligence: Further development of controlling dashboards using AI and BI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Qlik Sense)
- Financial and cost management: Cost control and optimization, including insurance management
- Accounts receivable management & payments: Accounts receivable accounting for the Frankfurt site (approx. 50%) including open-item reconciliation, dunning, direct debit processing and credit checks
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in business administration and confident use of common IT software
- Initial professional experience, ideally in retail/commerce, and existing knowledge of DATEV
- Strong numeric understanding and a pronounced affinity for varied tasks
