About the role
- Assistant Controller responsible for overseeing accounting operations at Woven Health Collective. Ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial reporting and collaboration with various departments.
Responsibilities
- Oversee general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- Support AP and AR operations (invoice processing, cash application, billing, collections)
- Lead month-end and year-end close cycles
- Maintain internal controls and accounting policies aligned with GAAP and healthcare/compliance standards
- Coordinate audit support, tax filings, and regulatory documentation
- Partner with Client Finance on revenue recognition and job costing alignment
- Support integration of Boundless systems and processes into unified Woven HC structure
Requirements
- Bachelors in accounting or finance; CPA strongly preferred
- 610+ years of progressive accounting experience, including senior accountant or assistant controller role
- Multi-entity or multi-business-unit experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, revenue recognition, and job / project costing
- Hands-on close, control, and audit experience
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel
