About the role

  • Account Manager responsible for revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling in software and finance. Fostering client relationships and managing the entire sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Revenue growth: Proactive management of existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Strategic planning: Analyze customer profiles, identify license gaps, and develop action plans.
  • Customer satisfaction & retention: Build long-term relationships, strengthen customer loyalty, and increase satisfaction.
  • Sales process management: Support the sales cycle through to closing in collaboration with the pre-sales team.
  • Transparency: Maintain thorough documentation of activities, manage the deal pipeline, and reliably track progress.

Requirements

  • Strong communication: Interact confidently with stakeholders and decision-makers; present professionally in German and English.
  • Negotiation skills: Develop business cases and find creative approaches to winning customers.
  • Solution-oriented: Pragmatic, focused, and enthusiastic working style aimed at achieving successful deals.
  • Stakeholder management: Enjoy working with diverse decision-making structures and engaging the appropriate contacts.
