Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global GTM strategy for storage sales to achieve revenue and market share growth.
• Lead and manage a large, diverse team of sales and presales professionals, ensuring alignment with HPE's strategic objectives.
• Build and maintain a high-performing storage sales force through effective recruitment, training, and development programs.
• Collaborate with HPE Storage Product Management, Marketing, and other internal teams to develop and deliver integrated sales programs.
• Drive the transformation of HPE's storage business by leveraging a strong portfolio of storage solutions, including HPE Alletra, HPE GreenLake, and other innovative products.
• Foster strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales and business development efforts.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
• Represent HPE at industry events and conferences to promote the company's storage solutions and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the technology industry, preferably in storage solutions or related fields.
• Strong track record of successfully developing and executing GTM strategies and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience overseeing large, diverse teams.
• Deep understanding of the storage market and key players, with the ability to navigate complex sales environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at the C-level.
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
