• Manage global tax compliance across all relevant jurisdictions, including VAT and corporate tax, ensuring timely, accurate filings and maintaining consistent documentation standards as the company scales.
• Lead relationships with external advisors and tax authorities, coordinating responses for audits, regulatory queries, and complex compliance matters to manage risk and maintain a strong control environment.

• Design and drive a forward-thinking Paid Search strategy across key channels, with a focus on automation, scalability, and AI-driven optimization.
• Own the end-to-end management and performance of our primary Paid Search ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, PMax, Bing Ads). You will design and manage automated systems and agentic workflows to handle day-to-day campaign management, bidding, and optimization.
• Manage and scale 5-6 digits monthly budgets for our Paid Search campaigns across multiple brands and markets, ensuring efficient investment and allocation of resources to achieve our growth targets.
• Systematically explore, test, and scale new growth opportunities within the search landscape, including new AI search platforms and advertising products, bidding models, user flows (e.g. web2app), and new beta features.
• Foster and drive a culture of high-velocity testing and data-driven learning. You will be responsible for creating experiment roadmaps to test hypotheses on ad copy, keywords, audience signals, landing page experiences, and channel systems at a fast pace.
• Act as a key stakeholder for our MarTech and Analytics teams. Collaborate closely with them to improve measurement frameworks, paid search needs, build new capabilities and refine the tools that power our growth.
• Partner with our internal creative team and copywriters to guide the development of high-performing ad copy and creative assets, ensuring a cohesive and data-informed creative strategy for search.
