About the role

- Own the end-to-end product strategy for Private Cloud hardware infrastructure: servers, storage systems, and networking equipment.
- Define and manage global product SKUs, configurations, and pricing structures for both standard and custom builds.
- Lead product lifecycle management, including new product introduction (NPI), transitions, and end-of-life planning.
- Collaborate with supply chain, manufacturing, and factory teams to align product specs with production capabilities and timelines.
- Partner with finance and operations to model cost structures, optimize margins, and forecast demand.
- Enable and support accurate CPQ (Configure Price Quote) processes across sales teams and channel partners.
- Drive decisions around sourcing, vendor selection, and inventory planning based on product and market strategy.
- Provide leadership across cross-functional forums and serve as the SME on infrastructure hardware and operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or related field of study
- 10+ years of work experience in related field
- Technical understanding and knowledge of the relevant industry
- Extensive team skills and ability to cross functionally drive/influence work through others
- Extensive skills in cost efficient solution building, financial performance metric creation and analysis
- Extensive business acumen and knowledge of root cause analysis and problem detection.
- Ability to provide product specific technical training to the team.
