About the role

  • Technical Product Manager leading system integration, requirements gathering, and product delivery at a global fintech company. Collaborate with teams to translate business needs into technical specs and ensure system reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the product roadmap, prioritising features and initiatives in alignment with business goals and stakeholder input.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business and technical stakeholders; facilitate alignment across product, engineering, compliance, and commercial teams.
  • Gather, formalise, and translate requirements from various sources into clear technical specifications and user stories, with a focus on partner lifecycle, rebate logic, and affiliate programme features.
  • Define and document data structures, UI elements, integration flows, and API contracts.
  • Partner with architects and engineering teams on system and solution design decisions.
  • Drive delivery planning, track milestones, manage dependencies, and proactively communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Document technical and user-facing aspects of developed services, ensuring clarity for both engineering and business audiences.
  • Support functional testing, prototype validation, and production issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in a technical product management, systems analysis, or product ownership role.
  • Proven experience owning and managing product roadmaps and translating strategy into executable delivery plans.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable engaging with senior leadership, compliance, commercial, and engineering teams.
  • Skilled in requirements management methodologies (Use Cases, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria).
  • Experienced in solution design and system integration (Kafka, REST APIs, microservices).
  • Knowledgeable in BPMN, UML, and SQL.
  • Familiar with UI/UX principles and Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Basic understanding of infrastructure services and programming languages (Python, Java, etc.).
  • Strong communicator with fluent English.
  • Nice to have: Demonstrated experience working on partner, broker, or affiliate platforms — including rebate systems, IB onboarding flows, commission structures, or partner-facing portals.
