About the role

  • Middle East Digital Sales Manager driving operational services support and customer relationships. Leading digital sales team in Riyadh and Cairo to improve customer retention.

Responsibilities

  • Leads a high‑performing Digital Sales Team, driving growth across defined territories through installed‑base renewals, Operational Services expansion, and Day One contract wins.
  • Owns budgeting and forecasting while enforcing strong sales discipline and pipeline hygiene in SFDC.
  • Sets daily priorities, oversees recruitment and talent development, manages costs, and provides clear strategic direction.
  • Actively coaches, mentors, and develops team members, driving performance through the FPR process and beyond.
  • Advises leadership on critical issues within the business area and influences strategic decision‑making.
  • Assigns responsibilities with clarity, provides hands‑on leadership, removes obstacles, and empowers the team to consistently deliver results.
  • Develops and strengthens relationships with customer SMEs and leaders to protect existing revenue and fuel new business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically, 8+ years of relevant experience.
