Responsibilities
- Work across a variety of our departments – including areas such as warehousing, health and safety, human resources and continuous improvement
- Gain the confidence, experience and skills to lead and support your own team
- Follow your own bespoke training plan with the support of an experienced mentor
- Attend Sheffield Hallam University on a block release basis (once every six to seven weeks)
