Responsibilities
Collects, analyzes, and aggregates customer requirements into a comprehensive demand plan delivered to Supply Planning teams
Uses trend analysis and other forecast techniques to assess demand risk or opportunities
Collaborates with divisional business and commercial teams to incorporate customer demand information into the forecast
Ensures timely demand fulfilment and alignment with AOP and monthly financial updates
Acts as conduit between Sales teams and Sera Planning to prioritize customer requirements against product availability
Develops longer term robust forecast system to meet demand requirements
Monitors shipments status to APJ DCs
Prepares performance to plan analyses and presents to partners in Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Planning
Requirements
3 years in Demand Planning and Supply Planning processes (planning, supply management, capacity leveling, product deployment and inventory control)
Ability to communicate effectively across the organization and establish relationships with key stakeholders
Experience working in a highly regulated industry and commercial experience in the Asia Pacific region would be preferred.
Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and CRM (SFDC) systems(preferred)
Ability to manage large data, product SKU complexity across multiple markets running multiple ERP systems.
Strong analytical and statistical modeling skills with demonstrated forecast accuracy improvement
Experience analyzing customer demand patterns and market trends to develop accurate forecasts
Experience with S&OP processes and demand planning systems.
Strong presentation and communication skills, with ability to guide decision-making
Knowledge of inventory management principles and supply chain best practices
Navigation of use on Power BI or RPA is a plus
Self-motivated with minimum direct supervision requirements
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-oriented environment
Experience with new product launches and product lifecycle management preferred
Ability to work effectively in a global, matrix organization
