Responsibilities
Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales input.
Prepare data visualizations, reports, briefings, and concise summary analysis.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and supply chain teams to gather relevant data and insights.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and market conditions to adjust forecasts as needed.
Prepare and present regular reports on demand forecasts and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Utilize advanced forecasting tools and software to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Participate in the development and implementation of demand planning processes and best practices.
Support and maintain a positive safety culture by following all safety policies and procedures and actively contributing to a safe working environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field is required.
Experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
Minimum of three years of experience in a heavily data focused demand planning or directly related role is required.
Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred.
Experience using statistical modeling such as Power BI, Kimball Method, DAX and/or SQL Server is preferred.
Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) systems is preferred.
