  • Degree Apprentice at GXO developing skills in Professional Supply Chain Leadership. Working across departments while studying at Sheffield Hallam University.

Responsibilities

  • Work across various departments including warehousing, health and safety, human resources, and continuous improvement
  • Gain confidence and experience to lead and support your own team
  • Follow a bespoke training plan with mentoring and regular progress reviews
  • Attend Sheffield Hallam University on a block release basis

Requirements

  • Approximately 112 UCAS points (equivalent to BBC grades at A level)
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build strong working relationships
  • Ambition and a desire to learn and grow
  • Adaptability to work across multiple departments and shift patterns
