Responsibilities
- Report to the Head of Pricing Strategy
- Support the profitable growth of the Group Insurance blocks of business
- Monitor experience, conduct market-level analysis, and evaluate pricing strategies
- Develop new business durational pricing strategies aligned with long-term plans
- Collaborate with Product and Distribution partners for profitable growth
- Monitor local market initiatives and conduct analysis for ROI programs
- Partner with Group Pricing Technical team to integrate objectives into pricing recommendations
- Support financial plan in projecting impacts of business mix
Requirements
- A deep understanding of group pricing practices
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to communicate pricing analyses to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to manage multiple projects with multiple deliverables simultaneously
- Adapts to changing business priorities and environments
- Fellow Society of Actuaries (FSA) designation or equivalent group finance experience
- Strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to synthesize sophisticated information
- Data visualization, machine learning, and predictive analytics experience preferred
