Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of DTP campaigns for Guardant Reveal
Drive brand awareness, disease awareness, patient acquisition, and conversion across channels
Develop strategic briefs and provide clear and timely creative feedback
Use data-driven insights to shape DTP and digital marketing plans
Create compelling patient friendly content
Stay current on marketplace, consumer, and healthcare-specific trends
Manage end-to-end project execution, delivering high-quality work on time
Partner closely with analytics to conduct research and measure campaign effectiveness
Requirements
7+ years of Marketing experience
3+ years in DTP/DTC
Bachelor's degree; MBA or Master’s preferred
Demonstrated track record of achievement
Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
Problem-solver mentality
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Proximity to Guardant Health Palo Alto, CA office is a plus
Prior experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or oncology is a plus.
