About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the strategic and annual planning for territory design
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement
  • Analyze data to inform corporate sales strategy
  • Partner with Sales and Services leaders to define growth needs
  • Facilitate decision-making regarding salespeople allocation
  • Drive ad-hoc analyses to inform decision-making
  • Collaborate with TP&A Leadership on design initiatives
  • Lead a team of analysts to drive projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7+ years of experience
  • Management consulting experience preferred, but not required
  • Exceptional analytical skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and databases
  • Familiarity with statistics and statistical tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to form relationships with and influence senior leaders
  • Highly organized problem solver
  • Experience coaching and developing junior analysts
