Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end strategy, definition, and development of a new workspace product
- Own roadmap and lifecycle for workspace capabilities
- Conduct interviews and analyze behavioral data to identify collaboration pain points
- Partner with Engineering, Design, and Marketing to deliver high-quality releases
- Oversee API strategy to ensure workspace integrates with third-party tools
- Establish product strategy to leverage AI & data for key workflows
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform iterative improvements
Requirements
- 7–10 years of Product Management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Experience developing 0 to 1 products
- Experience leading a globally dispersed team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and real-time synchronization technologies
- Proficient in leveraging data analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, PowerBI, or SQL)
- Proven track record in developing self-service platforms or modular workspace solutions
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and experience with Atlassian Jira Software
