Requirements
An accomplished sales leader within the pharmaceutical space
A tertiary degree in Business, Science, Biomedical or Education
A thorough understanding of the hospital customer landscape and commercialisation of new and existing specialty medicines
Excellent business acumen with strong performance diagnosis, business planning and execution capabilities
Effective leadership, management and coaching skills with a passion for developing people
Excellent business partnering, influencing skills and ability to work across boundaries with a broad range of cross functional stakeholders
Launch and disease area experience preferable
Ability and willingness to commit to regular national travel
