  • Connecting customers with the right bikes, gear, and services
  • Developing sales and customer service skills through training
  • Participating in daily huddles and debriefs for team alignment
  • Responding to phone calls and store emails with professionalism
  • Helping with store opening/closing and operating POS systems
  • Maintaining product displays and merchandising
