Responsibilities
- lead and mentor a team of Software Engineers
- responsible for coaching, career development, and resolving technical and organizational impediments
- coordinate and are responsible for the conception, adaptation, and implementation of critical Developer Experience tools and internal platforms
- ensure that all development tools and processes adhere to technical governance requirements, Cloud Native development best practices, and security and compliance mandates
- define and optimize the end-to-end developer workflows within the STACKIT Cloud environment to ensure high efficiency and enhance developer satisfaction
- responsible for making the DevExp platform future-proof and setting the course for scalability and the adoption of new cloud technologies
Requirements
- excellent knowledge of Golang
- experience in setting up and operating distributed systems on a large scale
- initial experience in managing teams or project groups in a technical environment, or demonstrate strong interest and potential for a leadership role
- practical and in-depth experience with Agile working methods (SCRUM, Kanban)
- analytical and solution-oriented mindset
- strong communicative and organizational skills
- strong team spirit
- business fluent in English (German is a strong plus)
