- Unify Infrastructure and Developer Experience into a single cohesive Platform team.
- Own reliability, uptime, and platform maturity across Float.
- Build and evolve internal developer tooling and workflows.

- Partner with Engineering to understand and eliminate developer friction.
- Contribute directly to infrastructure and platform code.
Requirements
- Experience across infrastructure and developer tooling (not one or the other).
- Strong cloud experience (AWS).
- Infrastructure as Code expertise.
- Deep empathy for developer workflows.
- Experience running reliable systems in regulated or high-availability environments.
- Comfort contributing code and reviewing complex PRs.
