You support our expansion team in processing and managing lease offers
You are responsible for planning and handling the full payment processes related to our lease matters — including monitoring all account transactions
You serve as the point of contact for owners and property managers of our leased properties
You provide commercial support during lease negotiations and manage communication with our tenancy/lease law counsel
You take on contract management for our lease agreements
Requirements
You have completed a business degree with a focus on Accounting or Real Estate, or alternatively completed commercial training as a real estate clerk (Immobilienkaufmann/Immobilienkauffrau) with professional experience in administering leases for commercial properties
You work carefully, independently and in a structured manner
You enjoy working in a team and remain reliable even during busy or stressful periods
You have strong communication skills: fluent German is essential for communication with our landlords
You are digitally proficient, have good Excel skills and have experience working with contract and property management software (e.g., com.TRADENET)
