About the role

• Junior Lease Manager supporting lease management for a leading provider of French fries in Germany. Handling rent offers and payment processes with external and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• You support our expansion team in processing and managing lease offers
• You are responsible for planning and handling the full payment processes related to our lease matters — including monitoring all account transactions
• You serve as the point of contact for owners and property managers of our leased properties
• You provide commercial support during lease negotiations and manage communication with our tenancy/lease law counsel
• You take on contract management for our lease agreements

Requirements

• You have completed a business degree with a focus on Accounting or Real Estate, or alternatively completed commercial training as a real estate clerk (Immobilienkaufmann/Immobilienkauffrau) with professional experience in administering leases for commercial properties
• You work carefully, independently and in a structured manner
• You enjoy working in a team and remain reliable even during busy or stressful periods
• You have strong communication skills: fluent German is essential for communication with our landlords
• You are digitally proficient, have good Excel skills and have experience working with contract and property management software (e.g., com.TRADENET)
