About the role

Responsibilities
- Assist the Logistics Security Manager in executing and securing transfers of high-value IT equipment between access-controlled data centers
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for operational discipline
- Ensure strict enforcement of procedures and maintain security continuity during critical phases
- Act as the operational team leader, directly interacting with teams and sensitive areas
- Prepare sensitive operations (procedure analysis, access verification, coordination of site time slots)
- Participate in transfer planning and maneuver scheduling
- Provide operational backup for the manager in their absence
- Supervise teams during critical phases: unloading, unpacking, movement and final installation
- Enforce strict access rules (badges, escorts, secure doors)
- Verify implementation of floor protections, stabilizers and securing equipment
- Enforce immediate stop principle in case of any security concern
- Perform pre-mission checks (PPE, equipment, SOP compliance, RAMS)
- Verify documentary traceability (checklists, incident reports, proof of execution)
- Report any security incident, deviation or anomaly without delay
Requirements
- Experience in secured or regulated environments (military, law enforcement, private security, sensitive industry, high-risk logistics…)
- Initial experience in leading a field team
- Ability to apply and enforce detailed procedures without deviation
- Understanding of physical security and access control issues
- Ability to operate in a bilingual operational environment (English appreciated)
