About the role

  • Senior PMO Analyst at Grupo Conduzir, focusing on project management for neurodiverse individuals. Enhancing quality of life through behavioral science with effective project implementation and management.

Responsibilities

  • Consolidate, maintain and provide visibility to corporate projects, ensuring strategic alignment, appropriate prioritization and reliable information for decision-making.
  • Allocate appropriate resources (human, financial, material) across project phases, ensuring efficient utilization.
  • Structure, monitor and report project and process indicators, KPIs and metrics, supporting leadership in performance, risk and results evaluation.
  • Create and maintain executive dashboards, reports and follow-up rituals, ensuring clarity, cadence and transparency about status, variances and impacts.
  • Prioritize and classify projects based on strategic criteria (impact, risk, urgency, compliance and ROI), supporting corporate governance.
  • Monitor risks, deadlines, scope, dependencies and areas’ capacity, flagging bottlenecks, proposing action plans and escalating critical issues when necessary.
  • Develop and maintain methodologies, processes, templates and checklists, ensuring standardization.
  • Act as a facilitator between areas, promoting integration, fluent communication and elimination of operational silos.
  • Support leadership in translating strategy into clear, objective and measurable operational plans.
  • Contribute to the evolution of a project-, process- and results-driven culture through training, guidance and dissemination of best practices, and by developing and consolidating standards, policies and organizational guidelines, ensuring projects adhere to the established model.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Quality, Engineering or related fields.
  • Postgraduate: Specialization or postgraduate studies in Project Management, Quality, Processes or related areas.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in PMO, project management, quality and/or auditing.
  • Knowledge of project management, quality and/or auditing tools.
  • Advantageous: Postgraduate degree in Business Management and additional certifications or training in project management tools.
  • Experience working as a PMO, project manager, quality or audit professional in a healthcare or education organization is a plus.
  • Knowledge of methodologies (PMBOK, BPM, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum, among others).
