About the role

  • Senior Analyst in Remuneration and Benefits for a multinational pharmaceutical industry located in São Paulo. Responsibilities include developing automations and supporting HR with analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to compensation and benefits surveys and perform benchmarking analyses against internal data, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Develop automations for offer letters, approval workflows, and communications.
  • Create and update compensation and benefits metrics dashboards and support other HR areas (Data Analytics point of contact).
  • Draft, review, and update compensation and benefits policies and communications.
  • Manage vendor processes (contract renewals, systems, interface with Procurement and Legal).
  • Support global compensation and benefits programs.
  • Assist employees with questions about benefits and recognition programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
  • Strong experience in Compensation and Benefits.
  • Knowledge of Power Automate, Power BI, Data Analytics, and data manipulation and analysis.
