About the role

  • Consultant responsible for expanding TRUSS through beauty retail channels. Focusing on activation, negotiation, and strategic planning in Salvador, BA.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Activation: Identify and secure new beauty and perfumery stores, focusing on growth potential and brand alignment.
  • Portfolio Management: Present the full catalog, highlighting technical and commercial differentiators by channel.
  • Sales Cycle: Negotiate, record, and monitor the flow of orders, product launches, and replenishments.
  • Strategic Planning: Create and implement personalized Joint Business Plans (JBP) for each client, aligned with budget.
  • Strategic Visits: Plan and carry out visits at defined frequencies, ensuring efficient channel coverage.
  • Training and Retention: Provide training and promote loyalty among professionals and points of sale, multiplying technical content.
  • Brand Execution: Activate commercial cycles and visibility materials, and ensure correct brand implementation at the point of sale (gondola, secondary placements, DOH).
  • Analysis and Action: Monitor competitors, key performance indicators (KPIs), and results, proposing corrective actions and seizing opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work together with education/training teams to develop professionals in the region.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.
  • Driver's License: Valid category B driver's license (CNH category B).
  • Workplace: Availability to work in a hybrid format.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Preferred: Previous experience in beauty salon and perfumery channels.
