Minst 5 års ledarskapserfarenhet inom innesälj eller försäljningsverksamhet, helst inom B2B
Goda ledarskaps- och teamhanteringsförmågor
Starka organisatoriska och koordineringsförmågor
Strategiskt tänkande och solid affärssinne
Erfarenhet av HR-relaterade frågor inom en försäljningsmiljö
Utmärkta kommunikationsfärdigheter på svenska och engelska, norska är ett plus
Kunnig i ERP-system och Excel
