IT Recruiter supporting talent acquisition to source and hire technical profiles in Latin America. This temporary position provides opportunities for professional growth in IT recruiting.
Responsibilities
Support the sourcing of IT candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and other sourcing channels.
Review resumes and applications to identify candidates that match technical and role requirements.
Conduct initial screening interviews and cultural fit evaluation to assess candidates’ experience, communication skills, and role fit.
Coordinate the evaluation interview processes: Technical, hiring managers, and clients.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity tracking in ATS or recruitment tools.
Provide timely follow-up and communication to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Support onboarding activities and coordination once candidates are hired.
Learn and apply recruitment best practices and internal processes.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline building.
Requirements
~1 year of experience in IT recruiting, technical recruitment, or related HR/recruitment roles (including internships or trainee roles).
Mid understanding of IT roles (software developers, QA, data, cloud, etc.).
Experience conducting resume screening and initial candidate interviews.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools, AI experience is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Social Sciences, or related fields.
English level B2 (spoken and written) — able to communicate with international teams and candidates.
Availability for a fixed-term contract of 5 months.
