Responsibilities
Support & Assistance utilisateurs (N1/N2)
Réponse aux demandes utilisateurs (incidents et demandes)

Détection des utilisateurs en difficulté
Rédaction de guides utilisateurs et procédures support
Formalisation des bonnes pratiques
Analyse qualitative et quantitative des actions menées
Remontée des anomalies et propositions d’évolution
Participation aux tests fonctionnels des nouvelles versions
Rédaction des plans de tests
Détection d’anomalies et remontée aux équipes projet
Création, modification et suppression des comptes utilisateurs
Respect des procédures de sécurité et de conformité
Requirements
3 à 8 ans d’expérience en support applicatif ou support fonctionnel
Expérience confirmée en environnement RUN
Une expérience à dimension commerciale ou relation client est un plus
