About the role

  • Responsible for sales and management in automotive financing at Groupe Maurin. Leading a strategic profit center and improving employee skills, reporting, and customer retention.

Responsibilities

  • Sales: sell and promote financing and loyalty products, and support the sales team in selling them, in compliance with group processes
  • Customer retention: responsible for the customer renewal rate
  • Training: upskill salespeople and transmit your expertise
  • Reporting: update daily activity tracking
  • Documentation: assemble financing applications and ensure they are processed and paid

Requirements

  • Professional experience: Minimum 5 years
  • Sales-oriented, tenacious, competitive, challenge-driven, committed, organized, dynamic, rigorous, with the ability to manage teams and assert authority when needed
  • Knowledge of financing and/or the automotive sector is a clear advantage
  • Experience as an automotive salesperson is a plus
