Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Plant Industrial Performance Manager, responsible for sustaining and developing the continuous improvement approach
- Leads improvement projects by department and ensures their coordination and follow-up
- Deploys the continuous improvement standard (BMM) across the site
- Helps implement the tools and training required to deploy this standard
- Ensures consistency of SMQCDE KPIs on managed projects
- Drives improvements in productivity, efficiency and profitability of operations
Requirements
- Significant experience (10 years) in methods, continuous improvement, or mechanical engineering within an industrial environment
- Proficient in time analysis tools: MTM-2, MOST, chrono-analysis
- Expertise in Lean Manufacturing (takt time, flow, Value Stream Mapping, line balancing…)
- Technical writing skills (operating procedures, checklists, work instructions)
- Good knowledge of ERP systems: SAP, management of routings and items
- Autonomous, rigorous, analytical and proactive
- Strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally and lead working groups
- Fluent English
