  • Customer Support Agent providing support for Swedish and Danish markets. Working with back-office tasks and ensuring efficient communication through various channels in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support for the Swedish market via phone and email
  • Handle customer support for the Danish market via email (with translation tools)
  • Perform relevant back-office and administrative tasks for both markets
  • Ensure efficient, high-quality handling of customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners when needed

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and confident speaking with customers over the phone
  • Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable managing shifting priorities and fluctuations in workload
  • Service-minded, solution-oriented, and adaptable
  • Previous experience in customer support or administrative work is an advantage but not required
