Requirements
Strong communication skills and confident speaking with customers over the phone
Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written)
Comfortable managing shifting priorities and fluctuations in workload
Service-minded, solution-oriented, and adaptable
Previous experience in customer support or administrative work is an advantage but not required
