About the role
- Application Specialist SAP TM for implementing SAP TM at GROHE. Involving in logistics process optimization and collaboration with diverse teams across Lixil.
Responsibilities
- SAP application development, debugging, configuration and independent analysis of business requirements in SAP TM, ERP (S/4HANA and R/3) and related systems
- Ensure stable production operations
- Actively participate in the implementation of a transport management system with a focus on optimization, standardization and digitalization of logistics processes
- Lead and support process improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Design and implement standardized transport management processes as part of the global rollout of SAP S/4HANA at Lixil
- Collaborate with various internal departments (e.g., IT, Finance, Operations) and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of processes into SAP TM
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions for Lixil
- Provide application consulting, support and training for key users; plan and conduct workshops
- Mentor and support junior staff and mid-level colleagues through structured guidance and coaching
- Actively participate in project planning, scoping and design activities; represent IT in business-related discussions
Requirements
- Degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology or a related field
- Several years of hands-on experience in your field, preferably in SAP Transport Management
- Proven ability to independently lead complex initiatives such as large-scale projects and deliver results
- Experience in process improvement, problem solving and implementing technical enhancements
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and international teams
- Competence in actively supporting and coaching others, and in fostering team development and knowledge sharing
