Advertising & Campaigns Manager managing strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns for GROHE Europe. Collaborating with internal executives to optimize consumer journeys and campaign performance.
Responsibilities
Assume responsibility for strategic planning and execution of advertising and campaign activities for GROHE Europe across media channels
Strengthen the team by designing consumer journeys for activation campaigns and developing integrated advertising concepts
Responsible for the implementation of all offline and digital activation campaigns, including forecasting, cost planning and controlling
Lead and coordinate external agencies and act as the single point of contact to media agencies to ensure proper execution of campaigns
Manage in-house stakeholders for multichannel advertising activities
Play a pivotal role in the planning, execution and tracking of advertising and campaign activities
Support marketing activation decisions with a data-driven approach and KPI-based recommendations
Regularly create and utilize performance reports and campaign potential analyses
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in holistic or digital-focused marketing
University degree in business administration, marketing, communications or a related field
Structured working method and strong project management skills
Hands-on, solution-focused mentality with excellent communication skills
Very good understanding of business and media KPIs
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; German is a plus
High proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Slides, Google Sheets) or equivalent
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and Tableau is a plus
