Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for Product Lifecycle Management for our kitchen products and water systems across the DACH region.
  • You design go-to-market launches and launch plans, and support launch activations in close collaboration with Activation Managers, Sales, and Headquarters.
  • You ensure new products are market-ready, taking into account local specifics and requirements.
  • You analyze sales performance and derive recommendations to close gaps or seize opportunities for profitable category growth.
  • Based on your deep understanding of market, customer, channel, and consumer needs, you prepare market analyses to identify “white spots” (untapped opportunities).
  • As the expert and sparring partner for your product categories, you support colleagues from other regional departments with questions about our kitchen products and water systems.
  • You develop business cases to initiate new projects and implement plans to close portfolio gaps.

Requirements

  • A completed university degree in Business Administration or a related field forms your foundation.
  • You have at least one year of professional experience in product management for physical branded products. Knowledge of the sanitary industry and/or the kitchen channel is a plus.
  • You are analytically strong and able to derive actionable business insights from large quantitative and qualitative datasets.
  • You communicate and present clearly and effectively — in both German and English.
  • You think beyond the obvious, challenge the status quo, and propose creative solutions.
  • A structured, organized, and flexible approach to work is natural to you.
  • You are a strong organizer: you reliably handle multiple projects simultaneously, set clear priorities, and maintain an overview even under tight deadlines.
  • As a communicative team player, you work effectively with diverse departments (e.g., Sales, R&D, Finance, HQ).
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems rounds off your profile.

Benefits

  • Attractive, above-scale compensation.
  • Flexible working hours model.
  • Health management (Hansefit, health app with cashback, etc.).
  • Access to a variety of employee benefits (discounts on travel, media, fashion, mobile phones, etc.).
  • Diversity & Inclusion: we provide equal opportunities to everyone and support individual development.
  • Highly motivated and appreciative team; we use an informal communication style that reflects trust, honesty, and enjoyment at work.
  • Our on-site canteen supports your well-being.
