About the role
- IT Business Partner for Supply Chain enhancing alignment between IT and global Supply Chain operations. Leveraging D365 F&O expertise to drive transformative outcomes and seamless execution.
Responsibilities
- Driving transformative outcomes while collaborating with Supply Chain leadership and ensuring IT strategy is purpose-built
- Creating and executing IT strategies in close collaboration with Global Supply Chain leadership
- Working hand-in-hand with Supply Chain leaders as a trusted advisor
- Collaborating with supply chain stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
- Partnering with global and regional supply chain management to identify IT solutions
- Leading the design and configuration of D365 F&O supply chain modules
- Developing functional specifications and design documents
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements within the D365 F&O environment and SC applications
- Overseeing the testing process including user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Providing training to end-users and support teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field
- At least 7 years experience in a corporate IT role supporting manufacturing supply chain, preferably including business analyst or systems analyst experience
- At least 3 years experience with D365 F&O supply chain modules or similar technologies
- Willingness to work onsite in Alsip, IL 1 day per week
- Proficiency with D365 F&O supply chain modules
- Comfortable partnering with senior supply chain leaders
- Previous experience creating IT road maps to solve business problems
- Previous experience working with supply chain professionals in a manufacturing setting
