About the role

  • Intern in Customer Success Management at GreenPocket, specializing in smart energy solutions. Involves user experience tracking, customer satisfaction analysis, and project presentations.

Responsibilities

  • User Experience: You will independently track the user experience of our products and systematically analyze the results.
  • Customer Happiness Manager: You will design and analyze customer satisfaction surveys, derive actionable recommendations for our existing-customer strategy, and present your findings to project management.
  • Visualization Specialist: In direct collaboration with customers, you will visualize their energy infrastructure and lay the groundwork for an optimal understanding of their needs.
  • Presentation Talent: You will participate in customer meetings and engage clients with persuasive presentations.
  • Own Project: You will take ownership of a Customer Success Management project that you will present to the team and the CEO at the end of your internship.

Requirements

  • You are an enrolled student (at least in your third semester) studying Energy Economics, Business or Communication Sciences, or a related field.
  • Ideally, you have some prior project management experience and have conducted analyses and evaluations — though this is not required.
  • Familiarity with software tools such as JIRA and Confluence is desirable.
  • In addition to an analytical mindset, you demonstrate a systematic and goal-oriented way of working.
  • You are highly organized, proactive, and possess strong communication skills.
  • You have very good German and good English skills and are proficient with common MS Office applications, especially Excel.
