About the role
- AEM Web Assembler and Project Manager for a pharmaceutical client in Denmark. Overseeing content production and managing client relationships while leveraging Adobe Experience Manager.
Responsibilities
- Leverage Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to create and publish web content, collaborating with designers, developers, and content creators.
- Integrate text, images, videos, and other multimedia assets into web pages using AEM's intuitive interface.
- Implement on-page SEO best practices, including meta tags and keyword optimization.
- Uploading and organizing digital assets (images, videos, documents) within the AEM DAM.
- Conduct thorough unit testing and quality checks to ensure the accuracy, functionality, and performance of web content across different devices and browsers.
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, such as page load times and user engagement, and collaborate with the development team to implement improvements.
- Drive full adoption of services and capabilities and ensure the delivery of agreed content types, volumes, and savings.
- Lead complex internal projects as project manager, serving as the link between the local requester and offshore team members/developers.
- Engage collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders to ensure all necessary communications and change management activities are delivered for new content solutions.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of domain experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for content assembly and website management
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS3, and basic web development concepts
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design and layout
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices
- Problem-solving attitude with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization is a plus
- Knowledge of JavaScript and other scripting languages is an advantage
- Program management experience including risk mitigation & planning associated with operational or technical delivery.
