About the role

  • Customer Project Manager handling Imaging Systems installations and project operations in Munich region. Collaborating with sales and internal teams for effective project management.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales organization by advising on installation options and calculating system implementation costs
  • Manage the complete customer order from order confirmation through project delivery in close coordination with customers, sales, external contractors and the internal organization
  • Create a project schedule, including project duration, and communicate it to project stakeholders
  • Coordinate installation activities according to cycle times and capacity requirements, engaging relevant stakeholders
  • Keep the project forecast updated daily and monitor risks to revenue planning; communicate issues to Supply Chain Management and the district according to communication guidelines
  • Conduct a project review after completion, including post-project cost reconciliation and initiation of corrective actions
  • Ensure the upload of quality-relevant project documents into Salesforce.com and the Document Management System (DMS) in accordance with quality guidelines

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Medical Technology, Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience with imaging systems
  • Project management experience
  • PMP certification is an advantage
  • Networking knowledge
  • Familiarity with the relevant product portfolio (X-ray, CV, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Fluent German and good English skills
