About the role

- In the Project Management Office (PMO) you provide the organizational foundation for efficient project management and support our teams in delivering projects successfully, transparently and purposefully.
- Maintenance of our project management standards, processes and templates
- Preparation of project status reports, analyses and management reporting
- Support of project managers in planning, control and project monitoring
- Coordination of appointments, tasks and resources
- Preparation, moderation and follow-up of project meetings and workshops
- Ensuring professional documentation and tracking of open action items
- Analysis, processing and structuring of data to support decision-making
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, ideally in a commercial/business field
- Professional experience in project management
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Structured, analytical and independent way of working
- Team player, reliable and responsible
- Willingness to familiarize yourself with energy sector topics
