Responsibilities
- Drive and develop project management in the area of corporate architecture and events, establish standards, governance models and tools, and ensure transparency, prioritization and consistent execution across the global project portfolio
- Lead and coordinate architectural brand touchpoints from concept approval through handover, manage cross-functional stakeholders and external partners, and ensure on-time, on-budget and quality-compliant delivery
- Oversee and manage international events, trade shows and brand activations, ensuring seamless planning and execution under international conditions and alignment of all projects with brand and marketing objectives
- Lead, structure and develop the project management teams, define clear roles and responsibilities, strengthen capabilities and foster strong collaboration between architecture, design and events functions
- Act as the central interface between all relevant internal and external stakeholders, drive structured decision-making processes, and ensure clear communication and professional escalation management across all projects
- Own and control budget planning, cost management, quality standards and risk mitigation across the project portfolio, and drive continuous improvement in efficiency, compliance and delivery performance
Requirements
- Degree in architecture, engineering, project management, event management, design or comparable qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in international project management within corporate architecture, retail, events or trade shows
- Successful track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects in an international context
- Strong financial understanding with experience in budget planning and cost control
- Solid understanding of brand-driven architectural and event environments
- High level of leadership capability combined with an execution-oriented working style
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all hierarchy levels
